Hi, I’m Margot. I live in Somerset, UK, with my husband and dogs. I have two grown-up children. I’ve had jobs in the past like library assistant, barmaid, and lollipop lady, and I currently volunteer with a dog rescue charity and the local food bank. I started learning mindfulness in 2017, to help with anxiety and low mood during and after my parents’ final illnesses. I found it so helpful that I’m now training to teach it.
